An alumnus of University College London, Rosemary has combined her upbringing, education and cultural intelligence to become a sought-after speaker, trainer, facilitator, and coach, working from a global perspective.
Clients love working with her, and she only does that which she loves, it’s a winning combination.

An educator by training, ground breaking programme developer, coach and author on leadership for over two decades, she understands the importance of human value and is constantly innovating to realise and release the best of human potential.
Never from a deficit position, Rosemary employs a decolonised lens through which to filter everything Second Principle is engaged in.
The Global Majority, a term Rosemary has brought to prominence, has millennia of knowledge, culture and ancestral intelligence that she seeks to amplify in the current search for solutions to global problems in a technological world.

Rosemary’s most recent professional development offering is
The Seven-Step Programme, which aims to navigate groups through some of the learning and unlearning required for a reset and change to take place in mindset, policy and practice.

‘We only work with the willing and ready. I personally have no time or indeed patience for anything else at this juncture in my life, but what clients get from me and my team and what I require in return, is 100 per cent commitment to engage, disrupt and repair.’
